Rich and dark eye shadows for dramatic look

Just ordered a bunch of eye shadows from Scaredy Cat. I love her make up and the packing she use. So unique and personal :) Why feed large cosmetic companies with you incomes, when you can actually give it to a real person and get a real product with a soul.

I felt in love with their red, brown and orange eye shadows at the first sign.

So I ordered a bigger container and got a chance to pic five free samples :) How cool is that?  :D So I picked colors I haven't tried before.

All are red and brown tones again :) I just love them. They looked good when I had red hair, I hope it will be the same now that I'm black. 

I do love dramatic make up but I sometimes find it to cliche and to boring. Not to mention it not always look good and you can end like panda instead of Vamp Queen :D That always happens with baby bats :) You must blend black with other colors to avoid that circle "around your eyes"  look. Especially if your eyes are not that big. You can end having "piggy eyes as I call them;) 

Sorry fans, but that's  NOT a good use of black eyeliner. And I often see girls wearing it all like that with super dark lipstick. Ah well... Who am I to criticize it. I'm just happy it's not me :D Because I personally find this combination  funny looking one.

So, my favorite combination is red and brown plus a little bit of black. I almost never leave without my dots at least four of them (two on the each of  lover lid of the eye).

Red blended with brown and black

+black liquid eyeliner

Silver blended with grey and black

+black liquid eyeliner

Metallic golden blended with light brown

+black liquid eyeliner

Just black liquid eyeliner and a little bit of light golden/brown.

I left my lips pale, since if I would add darker color I would look 10 years older...

I was out of make up already. There was left only some brown shadows and green ones witch I don't like at the moment. And I'm very picky about the color. But I'm safe now :) I can't wait to get the order :D

Next in my Etsy wish list is SaraWen perfume oils. As description says it's "Unique perfume oils inspired by all things Literary, Magical, Historical, Gothic, and Geeky! " 

I have found many review and feedback telling that the scents are magnificent. I cant wait to order them when I'll have extra cash in my PayPal again :)

Day outfit: hitting the streets

We are going out for a walk. It was a day of for both of us so we decided to go out, have some coffee and have a pleasant time.

I made the high waist skirt from a XXL skirt :) It was super easy and it's my No.1 Lolita skirt :D now.

People say I should wear contact lenses more often. But I feel naked without my glasses :D Really :D

Milky way?? Fun with eyeliner.

I used the bamboo skewer for applying the eyelineer. The sharp end was for small spots and the blunt was for the bigger  ones. I just taped it into the eyeliner tube and started putting the spots  in desirable way :) The effect would be more astonishing with more dark multicolored shadows. But I was doing it at the end of day just for the practice :) 

Out fit of the day. It was simple. I just went to my friend place which is 2 min. away from where I resident at the moment :D We had a little photo session for our dollies and it ended having a little black/white story. It was really fun making our dollies to pose  according to a story that just came to our minds while doing random shots :D Well I was just making my darling to pose and holding the lamp during the session but it's non less important work. It's hard to be a good lamp holder :D Some photos of my darling bjd are at my Deviant art.

Make up: Wings of the butterfly

It's more bright in reality :) But...

Sparkling green, dark brown and electric blue tones (all from Scarady Cat on Etsy. ) 

The colors:

 Essence black eyeliner as always :) .

But I find the red - orange tones to suit me best. Of course Dee's nuts goes perfect with all of them

It's a lovely golden brown. It's darker in reality. I love it :)

The bad thing is that those little bottles I have can easily be opened in your make up bag by invisible force. So a few times I had to clean my make up bag and all stuff in it from magically sparkling shadows... It was such a lost :(  Not to mention that one time the bottle slipped out of my fingers covering my beloved skirt in wonderful sparkling red... Skirt didn't wanted that shadow, I did! Well, it was easily removed so no harm done for the skirt, but still I hate how they spill so easily >:/ 

I love those shadows :(

Day look and hair coloring

I'm feeling well, at last. After three days of hell with fever I at last was able to put my New Rock one and hit the town. Me and my friend decided that it's a time for us to color our hair. So we met in the morning and when to do some shopping.

 Boots!! :D

 I'm wearing contact lenses. So I had to take this pendant with me :D It's kind of cute ;)

 The make up was not to intense. Using Scaredy cat production as always :)

 Just before leaving the home.

The shopping was successful. I've found the color I desired. I decided to go for red orange since I wanted to make my hair a little bit lighter. We shall see the true color after several washes ;) But I still like how it looks. So fresh, I would say.

I also bought some little peaces  for jewelry making.

I'll make simple spider web earrings from it, a pendant with cage and leafs and earrings with just leafs. The little bird on the bottom will be used as a little pendant for every day. It was to cute not to purchase it :) I'll show what I made latter ;)

I also got a new black eye liner with a super thin applicator :D It's easy to apply on and I hope it will stay all day long. Tomorrow is a day off to.So I'll probably will be going out to. You just can't stay at home having a new pair of boots sitting in the corner :D

Daily outfit: cozy Victorian Goth ;)

 I was going to meet my friend that day. the weather was fine since the winter is late :D We used to have snow during this time and now it feels like spring :D

I'm wearing my new skirt with ruffles. It looks like a neo cyber Victorian. I don't know if there even is such a term :D

Make up: Scaredy cat's eye shadows (Muertos, Sakura, Cirrina and Eire), Essence liquid eyeliner. I decided to wear lenses from new year. I'm a little bit tired of my look with glasses on and  you can't see the make up because of them.

My big crown pendant was ordered from Ebay. It came with long black beads, but they broke the minute I put them on. So I just use a chain I have from other pendant. My grey black stripped sweater is my  favorite cozy time thing. It's warm... And it has stripes. What else to add :D

 I' wearing my grey coat from Benetton. I have it for almost 7 years and the only thing that has ripped is the lining.

Different scarf - different look. This one is my favorite. It's super long and I like it. It's amazing hove different accessories can change the way you look:) The scarfs are my favorite.

It's bad the knitting is not my stuff, or else I would make some wonderful scarfs for myself. Maybe it's time to learn to it. I always envied my friend from school whose mother was super good at knitting, and always made some amazing stuffs for her.

Review: Scaredy Cat eye shadows (red and brown)

Remember last review? :) I've already tried the red and brown shadows too :)

 Sakura, Cirrina, Dee's nuts and Muertos. Sakura is my favorite since it goes perfectly with my hair color :) It is on top of my top eye lid. I applied Dee's nuts on my bottom lid, a little bit Cirrina on the inner corner and Muertos on the middle and outer corner. Don't forget the dots :)

Next time I'm mixing more colors together. I could play all day with them.  I have an idea to make a organizer for those little bottles. Just to help me keep them safely. I'm thinking about coffin shaped organizer. One day I'll have to sit and count hove many coffin shaped stuff I have :) 

And I love my hair color in this photo. During past few days I wasn't very happy with my look. Something is missing. I want my long hair back:(( I know I had to do what I did. The ends were splitting and braking. But still... Any tips for making hair grown faster. A lot of you, ladies, have such a nice long hair:P 

Review: Scaredy Cat eye shadows (blue and green)

Since I have a shop on Etsy, it's natural that I often check others shop to see what goodies it sells. Lately I become obsessed with natural cosmetic. I bought some hand made face creams and scrubs from a local shop uogauoga.lt They smell divine and my skin feels really good. So it's only natural that I decided to order some mineral cosmetic too. The shop I chose to order from was Scaredy Cat. I just love those little bottles they are offering their samples in. So when I sow the Black Friday offer, I just could not resist and ordered some. The package came this morning and made my day.

 I have already tried some of them and was not disappointed :)

 This is the shadows I used today: Eire, Draconia, Snow Bird, Chakra and Nevermore. I expected Nevermore to be a black one. But I'm happy as it is, because it is non less perfect. I chose the green and blue ones to test, because I found them really fantastic, especially the firs two ones. You should see how they shimmer and how wonderful the color is. I'm in love with them now.

So here's the make up itself.

This is the first pack of such colorful eye shadows in my collection, but I like them.

The shadows are really easy to apply. It's a little bit difficult to get them from the bottle, but I'm getting used to it.

I love how the colors merge together. It's very fun to combine them. The only bad thing that is that they flake of on the cheeks easily, while you try to put them on... I'll have to do something about it, since I hate that kind of stuff :D

But I really recommend this brand. 

Next time - the brown, golden and red shadows. I can't wait to try them :)
