Laces under a skirt

Black laces are magical stuff. I already learned how to resist toit, otherwise I would have a wardrobe filled with it. But two days ago I saw this magnificent thing and could not resist to by it.  And now I own it!

It's perfect for a short and puffy skirt :) I wanted  bloomer like that for a long time. I even was  thinking about sewing it myself. But since I've already got them, I think I'll pass :)

I have  found the same on net, only the color is different.
